International cooperation

Latvijas Banka represents Latvia in several international financial institutions and engages in international cooperation in the following areas:

• the European System of Central Banks (ESCB) and the Eurosystem,
• the Single Supervisory Mechanism,
• the European System of Financial Supervisors,
• the Single Resolution Mechanism,
• the European Commission,
• the Council of the EU and other EU institutions,
• the International Monetary Fund,
• other international organisations.
